In addition to donations made by JCCC members, the JCCC Foundation grant giving program depends on various benefit events supported by members and the community-at-large.

Every year, the JCCC Foundation hosts the JCCC Foundation Charity Golf Tournament in late spring or early summer. In addition, the Foundation hosts concerts and other performances, inviting special guest performers from Japan and the United States to share their talents. The foundation has been lucky enough to host such guests as the famous magician, Mr. Maric and musical stars such as the J-Pop/R&B duo Skoop on Somebody and pianist Ms. Akiko Yano.

The Foundation also receives part of the proceeds from the annual JCCC New Year's Party, which also features special performers and guests from Japan.

Thanks to the talents of these wonderful artists and the generous support from the patrons, the Foundation has been able to contribute to a variety of organizations, reflecting the JCCC's commitment to philanthropy and the community.

Every October the JCCC Foundation hosts an award ceremony to the honor the newly-selected grant recipients. Each recipient organization is asked to give a short speech on their funded program, so that recipients, JCCC members, and guests alike may learn about the wide variety of programs supported by the Japanese business community. Friends of the JCCC Foundation, including VIPs in local and state government and the Consul General of Japan, are also in attendance to congratulate the recipients.
