FACILITIES: In 1996 pro bono assistance provided by professional, legal and community organizations, in conjunction with board, staff and volunteer efforts, enable Onward House to purchase its headquarters building at 600 N. Leavitt Street. Onward also operates a second facility at 2158 W. Ohio St. on the east side of Leavitt Directly across from the main building which houses the After School Day Care Program.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Onward House is govern by a 15 member Board representing the professional, business, educational and non-profit communities supplemented by a 6 person Advisory Board.
VOLUNTEERS: Onward programs receive approximately 6,000 volunteers hours annually.
INCOME: Approximately 89% of Onward Neighborhood House’s budget is spent on direct services to community residents.
