2022 JCCC Foundation Charity Golf Tournament

Please join us for the JCCC Foundation’s 25th annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit schools and not-for-profit educational organizations in the Chicagoland.

Date: Sunday, July 17, 2022
Time: Registration Starts@7am 　Tee Off@8am

Format: Scramble by Team
*Individuals and partial teams will be matched with other individuals or partial teams.
*Co-ed teams, non-members are all welcome!

Language: English & Japanese

Fee: $205 per person(Includes Green Fees, Carts, Prizes & Donation)
JCCC Foundation is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. The donation portion of the fee will be a tax-deductible contribution by the IRS guidelines.

Registration Deadline: Friday, July 1 or when the maximum capacity is reached

Safety Rules

・We will not have a luncheon or ceremony due to the pandemic. We will send you the results via Email after the tournament.

2022年度チャリティゴルフ大会　

JCCC基金では、来る7月17日（日）にチャリティゴルフ大会を開催いたします。収益の全ては、JCCC基金への寄付額（税額控除対象）となり、JCCC基金を通じて地元の学校、教育関連プロジェクトに寄贈させて頂く予定です。なお、チャリティイベントですので参加は会員、非会員を問いません。是非、ご家族・同僚の皆様と奮ってご参加下さい！

日時：7/17 (日)　　7:00 am　受付開始　　8:00 am Tee Off

参加費 （プレー・カート代、賞品、寄付込み）：$205/人
※原則4名でのお申込みとなりますが、4名お揃いでない場合は事務局でチームを組ませて頂きます。
※JCCC基金は501(c)(3)の非営利団体で、ご寄付はIRSが定める規定内で税金控除対象になります。

競技方法：ミックス・スクランブルのチーム対抗戦
※各チーム4名が打ったボールのうち、一番良いボールを毎回選び、その場所から4名がプレーして、チームスコアを競って頂きます。

締切日： 7月1日（金） 先着36組もしくは144名に達した場合はその時点で締切ります。

キャンセルポリシー：お申込み後のキャンセルにつきましては、払い戻し致しかねますのでご了承下さい。

注意事項

・今回はコロナウイルスの感染予防の為、昼食・表彰式はございません。入賞者のリストにつきましては、後日Emailでご連絡させていただきます。
・コロナ感染に対するガイドラインが随時変わっていますので、感染対応につきましては、各自皆様にてご判断ください。
