| Event/Announcement Details | 2026年3月に実施された2027年度H-1B選考プロセスを通じて選定された、H-1BのCAP（抽選）対象となる申請については2026年6月30日まで米国移民局（USCIS）へ提出することができます。H-1B申請にあたり雇用主はH-1B請願書を提出する前に、労働省（“DOL”）へ労働条件申請書（Labor Condition Application, “LCA”）を提出する必要があります。また、このLCA手続きの一環として、雇用主はPublic Access File（“PAF”）を作成し、維持管理しなければなりません。では、PAFとは何でしょうか？（続きまたは英語版の記事は添付をご覧ください。） |
