JCCC企画部では、会員企業各社より講師をご派遣いただき、各業界の最新かつ有益な情報を会員の皆様と共有することを目的として、年間を通してセミナーならびにウェビナーを開催しております。

セミナー企画のご提案を随時受け付けておりますので、こちらに必要事項を入力の上ご提出ください。企画書は企画部にて検討の後、ご連絡をさせていただきます。

【セミナー実施概要】

  1. 開催形式：①セミナー（会場で対面開催）②ウェビナー（GoToWebinar使用によるオンライン開催）
  2. 広報：開催日の約１か月半前より、JCCC Weekly Email News、 JCCC Websiteにて広報を展開。
  3. 開催費用：セミナー会場にてインパーソンによる開催をご希望の場合は、会場費（会場レンタル費、AV費）、飲食にかかる費用（水、コーヒー、懇親会をご希望の場合はケータリング費）をご負担頂きます。ウェビナーでの開催をご希望の場合は、費用負担はございません。
  4. 開催当日内容：① 開会挨拶：JCCC事務局・企画部 　②講師派遣会社挨拶　③講師紹介　④講演　⑤質疑応答　⑥閉会　　　※ご希望によって講演後に懇親会の開催も可能。
  5. 原則として、企画提案者、講師派遣企業は、JCCC会員であることを前提としております。
  6. 会場オプション：

  • Harper College (Address: 1200 W. Algonquin Rd., Palatine, IL 60067, Capacity:20-250)

The JCCC Planning Department welcomes lecturers from member companies to share their expertise and insights in various industries through seminars and webinars held regularly throughout the year.

If you are interested in giving a seminar or a webinar, please fill out the required information HERE and submit it. We will get back to you after the Planning Department has evaluated your proposal.

[Overview of Seminar Planning]

Format options: ① Seminar (in-person at the venue) ② Webinar (online via GoToWebinar)
Promotion: We will advertise your event about six weeks before the scheduled date. It will be featured in the JCCC Weekly Email News and the JCCC Website.
Fee: If you choose to hold an in-person seminar at the venue, you will need to cover the cost (venue rental, AV, water, coffee, and catering fee if you want to have a networking session). If you prefer to hold a webinar, there is no fee.
Agenda on the day of the event: (1) Opening remarks: JCCC staff/planning department (2) Greetings from the lecturer’s company (3) Lecturer introduction (4) Lecture (5) Q&A (6) Closing

*You can request to have a networking session after the lecture if you wish.
It is generally expected that the proposal submitter and the lecturer’s company are JCCC members.
