Turkey-Syria Earthquake Relief Fund

After a magnitude 7.8 earthquake and aftershocks struck Turkey and Syria early Monday February 6, more than 50,000 people have been killed in the two countries. The deadly earthquakes brought down thousands of buildings, and, as rescuers were frantically looking for survivors. However, the search through unstable structures is difficult because of temperatures below freezing and some 200 aftershocks.
The JCCC Foundation has launched a disaster relief campaign to support the victims on behalf of the Chicago-based Japanese community. We would like to ask you to please consider donating to assist the people of these areas in rebuilding their lives.
