| Event/Announcement Details | 過去10年以上にわたり、知的財産権者は「Schedule A」訴訟を利用し、数十、場合によっては数百に及ぶ海外のオンライン販売業者を単一の訴訟で一括して提訴してきました。また、多くの場合、被告が自らに対して訴訟が提起されたことを知る前にそのオンライン・マーケットプレイス上の店舗に関連する資金や銀行口座を凍結する差止命令を得ています。しかし、Schedule A訴訟の中心地として長年知られてきたイリノイ州北部地区連邦地方裁判所では、現在、こうした手続に対する審査が一層厳格化しています。（続きまたは英語版の記事は添付をご覧ください。） |
